A Wyoming native, and contemporary Chickasaw artist. I find the most meaningful inspiration from the vast outdoors. I look for the beauty of what nature leaves for me to find. I'm inspired by the color, wildness and creativity of the outdoors. When I’m painting, I’m not aware of the whole. It’s only after I back away that I see what I’ve been about, spending hours painting small curvy lines to connect the painting. My paintings have a life of their own. My art joins the joy of color to create bold, bright, daring pieces.

I use many different mediums, such as stone, acrylics, oils, and cold cast bronze. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

As life often has a way of doing, I had to put the creative side on hold for a while. My work for the past 40 years has been art conservation and restoration of painting, Object d’art, ceramics and porcelains. In of itself has been a rewarding career.
I have recently retired. It is time to reconnect with my love of painting and sculpture.
